We create plates designed to honour a food culture rich in passion and precision, whilst pushing ever-further towards reinventing flavour and form as masters of the craft have continued to do for centuries.
The Omakase Experience
Available every evening from 6pm, discover Japanese cuisine over 9 mouth-watering courses with our Omakase Experience at Beaverbrook Town House. Take your seat at the The Sushi Bar and allow our Sushi Chef to take you on a journey of flavour as he creates modern Japanese specialties using authentic techniques. our 9 course Omakase is £95.00 per person and can be chosen on the day.
À La Carte Menu
At its core, Japanese cuisine celebrates tradition and flavour. For those that prefer to tailor their own experience, order from The Fuji Grill à la carte menu and choose from an array of dishes from time-honoured classics to the kitchen team's adaptations.
Lunch with a twist
Lunch offerings include the Beaverbrook Bento Box or Donburi dishes. Perfect if you're looking for a bite of authentic Japanese after a morning in Chelsea, our lunch sets offer vegan, meat and fish options and come with a miso soup and salad.
