Exquisite Japanese dishes are served over 20 courses during our Omakase Sushi Experience at Beaverbrook Town House. Take your seat at the Sushi Bar, in an intimate corner of The Fuji Grill, and allow our Sushi Chef to take you on a journey of flavour as he creates modern Japanese specialties using authentic techniques.

In keeping with tradition, our Omakase experience has no set menu, allowing the chef to connect with you on a personal level to create dishes that compliment the atmosphere of your table and highlight the best of Japan’s unique cuisine.

Goemon Ishikawa, Omakase Chef

As a master of his craft, Goemon joins us at Beaverbrook Town House as the Omakase Chef where he connects with guests and puts forward the best of his specialized techniques to deliver outstanding culinary moments on the Omakase Experience.

Hailing from Japan, Goemon's London journey began when he joined Dinings in Marylebone, before a stint with Fera at Claridge's and a Head Chef position at Parsons in Covent Garden. During his career Goemon has developed his skills within Japanese cuisine to create authentic dishes and dining experiences for guests.

Available Wednesday to Saturday at 8:30 pm.
Duration of approximately 2 hours.
Maximum of 6 guests per sitting.

Price: £195 per guest

  • Guests should arrive no later than 10 minutes before the Omakase experience begins.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a full charge.
